Reports to the President of Africa and Middle East Operations. Plans and executes account(s) specific business plans to increase market share and achieve aggressive and sustainable double-digit growth targets within specific account(s). Formulates and develops strategies to obtain new operations while maintaining relationships and identifying growth opportunities within existing operations. In particular, collect operator specific data and competitvely assess the existing situation for Ceragon as a possible supplier. Work closely with the respective Regional Sales Directors across Africa

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant contact with Operators at different levels in the organization both at headquarters and their subsidiaries.
• Involve the necessary Ceragon employees accross the Globe in support of customer requirements
• Prepare commercial proposals in cooperation with Regional Sales Directors.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales with experience in dealing with global/regional operators
• BS degree in an applicable discipline (or equivalent),a Master’s Degree is preferable
• History of leadership in double-digit sales growth in developing markets
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Able to identify focus opportunities and to establish priorities
• Customer-oriented with accessibility to CXO level within local operators
• Self-starter, highly motivated, hands-on, decisive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have integrity, show initiative, keen business acumen and the professional stature to match the challenges of the role
• Ability to work well with internal and external senior management in a diverse cultural environment

Location:
This position is located in Kenya.

• Serves as a focal point of control for installation projects in the company
• Perform in-depth analysis, collection, tracking and reporting on these projects as well as quarterly reports assessing their efficiency and profitability
• Provide quarterly profit and loss reports for installation service activities and other necessary information to aid management decision making
• Assist in preparing and planning annual budget with an emphasis on company subsidiaries
• Establish monthly process together with local controllers and define work guidelines and procedures to improve forecast abilities and control budget
• Provide regional profit and loss reports of subsidiaries
• Implement improvements for monthly reporting of budget vs. actual regional activity
• Assist with the analysis if deal profitability, as well comparing actual orders with forecasts
  

• Economics/Business Administration - B.A
• 2-3 years experience with budget monitoring or cost accounting analysis/pricing in an International Company (preferably Technology)
• Excellent analytical ability; problem-solving, prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient and effective manner. Familiar with computerized systems
• The ability to effectively present information and communicate with all levels of personnel
• Well motivated, service oriented with a strong analysis capability
• Good inter-personal skills, communications and relationships
• Excellent English

To handle projects and business development

• Experience in design, planning and implementation of MW/ SDH/ IP network products
• Degree/ Diploma in Telecommunication, Electronic or Computer Science engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience preferably in Telecommunication industry
• Extensive knowledge in MW transmission network
• Posses excellent verbal and written communication skills
