Ira Palti
President & CEO
|
Mr. Palti joined Ceragon in 2005 and currently serves as President and CEO. From January 2003 to August 2005, Mr. Palti was CEO of Seabridge Ltd., a Siemens company that is a global leader in the area of broadband services and networks. Prior to joining Seabridge, he was the COO of VocalTec Communications Ltd., responsible for sales, marketing, customer support and product development. Among the positions he held before joining VocalTec was founder of Rosh Intelligent Systems, a company providing software maintenance and artificial intelligence diagnostic solutions. |

Tali Idan
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Ceragon, Mr. Idan was senior vice president, chief financial officer in Floware Wireless Systems Ltd. from 2000 to 2001. From 1993 to 1999, he was the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Tecnomatix Technologies Ltd. Prior to joining Tecnomatix, Mr. Idan was with Optrotech Ltd. from 1985 to 1992, where he held several positions in finance, the last one being vice president, finance & administration of its US subsidiary. Prior to that, Mr. Idan served in various financial roles in both US and Israeli firms. Mr. Idan holds a B.A. in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from De Paul University in Chicago, and is a certified public accountant. |

Eran Westman
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Mr. Westman joined the Ceragon team in 1998. Before moving into his current position he was President of APAC, responsible for establishing all sales initiatives and activities in the region. He also oversaw development of business relations and supervision of customer service. Formerly, Mr. Westman also held the position of Vice President of sales, EMEA. Mr. Westman holds a Bachelor’s of law degree from the Herzog Faculty of Law at Bar Ilan University. |

Gil Solovey
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Operations
|
Mr. Gil Solovey joined Ceragon on May 2010. In his last position, Mr. Solovey served as VP Operations and a member of the management at Orbit Technology Group.
Prior to that he served as VP Operations at HP Scitex,
a pioneer and a leading worldwide developer of format printing equipment. Prior to that he managed the global supply chain group in HP Scitex. Before joining HP Scitex in 2004, Mr. Solovey has managed the purchasing, Logistics and planning division at Applied Materials Israel.
Mr. Solovey has many years of valuable experience in Operations of Global companies, formulating policies and professional management in the hi-tech industry. He brings with him a proven track record and a strong commitment to excellence.
Mr. Solovey holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, and a MBA.

Hagai Zyss
EVP R&D

Mr. Zyss joined the Ceragon team in 2000 and currently serves as VP R&D. Previously he acted as VP Next Generation Networks in R&D responsible for the introduction of packet radio solutions into the FibeAir product family and as a Project Manager, managing the development of the FibeAir 1500P platform.
Mr. Zyss holds BSc and Msc degrees (cum laude) in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from Tel-Aviv University. |

Sharon Ganot
EVP Human Resources

From December 1999 until March 2000, Ms. Ganot was the Manager of our human resources department. From April 1994 until December 1999, she was a personnel recruiter and training manager with RAD Data Communications Ltd. Ms. Ganot received a Bachelor's of psychology and an Master's of industrial studies from Tel Aviv University. |

Udi Gordon
EVP, Marketing & Business Development

Mr. Gordon joined the Ceragon team in 1997 and currently serves as EVP Marketing and Business Development. Mr. Gordon has held various managerial positions at Ceragon including EVP R&D where he headed the Research and Development department and was one of the major developers of the FibeAir family. Mr. Gordon holds a Bachelor’s of science degree in electrical engineering from the Technion (cum laude) and a Master’s degree in management science from Bar-Ilan University. |

Eyal Assa

Mr. Assa brings to Ceragon over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Previously, Mr. Assa served as Ceragon’s VP Business Development and OEM Relations responsible for the expansion of Ceragon business via strategic partners which led to a strong growth of sales revenue. From August 1998 Mr. Assa held several senior Research & Development positions at Seabridge Ltd., a Siemens company that is a global leader in the area of broadband services and networks. In his last position Mr. Assa served as Vice President of Research and Development. Mr. Assa holds a B.Sc in Mathematics and Statistics (cum laude) and M.Sc in Computer Science (summa cum laude), both from Tel-Aviv University. |

Donna Gershowitz
Vice President, General Counsel
|
Ms. Donna Gershowitz joined Ceragon in June 2009 as VP & General Counsel. She brings to Ceragon extensive experience as legal counsel to various high-technology companies. Prior to joining Ceragon, Ms. Gershowitz served as the General Counsel of Elron Electronic Industries Ltd., as well as msystems Ltd., prior to its acquisition by SanDisk Corporation. Prior to that, she served as the General Counsel of Envara Ltd., before its acquisition by Intel Corporation. Ms. Gershowitz has also held positions as legal counsel in other Israeli high-tech companies.
Ms. Gershowitz holds a BA in Politics from Brandeis University and a JD from the University of California at Berkeley. Ms. Gershowitz is a member of the Israeli Bar and the California Bar.

S. Jayne Leighton
President, Ceragon Networks, Inc.

Mrs. Leighton is a seasoned telecommunications executive with more than 26 years of microwave network experience. She started her career as a field engineer followed by systems engineering, sales support, sales and then into sales and services management for distinguished companies such as Harris Stratex, Alcatel and Nortel. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New Mexico State University. |

Bentzi Laor
President Europe
|
Prior to joining Ceragon, Mr. Laor held various positions at ECI Telecom the latest being Corporate VP Sales Strategy & Operations. Mr. Laor also served as VP Americas, during which he led an impressive expansion, which resulted in a high volume of sales. Many of Mr. Laor's years in the hi-tech industry were spent in Europe. Over a period of four years, he was the General Manager of International Activities at Dominion, a large Spanish-based group. He was also employed by Scitex for eleven years in various roles, whereby for five of those years he was based in the UK, and three in Belgium. Bentzi has a B.Sc in Electronics Engineering from the Technion Institute in Haifa, and an MBA from Boston University in Brussels. |

Camilo Balzan

Mr. Balzan has over twenty years of experience in the telecommunication Industry. Prior to joining Ceragon he served as VP Sales Latin America of Shiron Satellite Communications. Over the years he has held managerial positions for several companies including Gilat Satellite Communications, NEC and INFOSAT. Mr. Balzan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universad de Oriente Santiago de Cuba.

Mr. Peter Humphreys serves as President of Ceragon APAC. Mr. Humphreys comes with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and wireless industry, throughout Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Ceragon, Peter was VP APAC for IPWireless a provider of 3GPP mobile broadband network equipment. |
