AT&T Program Manager

Job Description

  • Manage various cross-functional programs within the AT&T account; such programs can include pre-sale activities (certifications, trials) as well as post-sales activities (deployment and roll-out)
  • Responsible for planning and execution management on time, and within budget.
  • Focused on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders etc. Majority of time will be spent on project management responsibilities.
  • Acting as focal point for AT&T in managing all aspects of program implementation
  • Defining scope of work, share of responsibility with AT&T; formalize an implementation plan, budget the workload and ensure adherence to the budget; track progress within Ceragon’s systems
  • Acting as Ceragon’s ambassador to AT&T. Ensure customer satisfaction and customer acceptance
  • Meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements (costs and cash flows); preparing a project budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Working closely with various functions within Ceragon Inc. and the Ceragon (R&D, pre-sales, Customer Success, etc)
  • Leading the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the department.
  • Continuously improving project management toolkit and methodologies used within Projects and the Global Delivery Team.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BSc. Degree - a must.
  • Technical background and experience in telecom industry and data networks through knowledge in RF, Microwave and wireless products  - an advantage.
  • Certified PMP- an advantage
  • At least 10 years of project management experience in large organizations
  • Deep knowledge of principles, practices and theories in own professional discipline.
  • Outstanding record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology.
  • Experience in designing solutions for varied internal/external clients.
  • Strong and current awareness of external trends and best practices.
  • Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk.
  • At least 5 years of working experience with/within AT&T
