What will you do

One of the projects in which you will be involved aims to implement functionalities within an automated testing infrastructure, created by our team for the testing team.

Examples of functionalities:

  • integration of functionalities of traffic generation devices in the automation application;
  • implementation of the interaction with network equipment through different SNMP/REST protocols;

The modules will be created in the C# programming language and will cover a set of functions that are part of the product road map.

Within this project you will have the opportunity to:

  • put into practice a high-level design.
  • develop reusable code, in an object-oriented manner.
  • learn how to approach unitary testing
  • control different network equipment using REST/SNMP protocols
  • get acquainted with a professional work environment (versioning, design, )
  • to use devices used within the telecommunication industry

Another project consists in the development of WPF applications that allow the automation of various operations for the administration of a professional network.

Examples of functionalities:

  • capturing diagnostic files from network equipment;
  • changing the different parameters of the network equipment using different protoacoals such as REST or SNMP;
  • updating the softwre versions on the equipment.

During the internship you will work in a team of experienced engineers, you will have access and you will use the latest equipment in the field, you will participate in company events, workshops, team buildings.

Throughout the internship, you will be guided by a mentor - an experienced software engineer who will support you to learn and develop professionally and personally.

Job Requirements

What are the requirements

  • C# and the .NET Framework (basic knowledge), or any other similar programming language (C++, Java, Python, etc.)
  • Object-oriented programming concepts (basic knowledge)
  • Concepts about efficient data structures (basic knowledge)
  • English (advanced level)
  • Knowledge of: Visual Studio, TFS/Git, SNMP/REST, WPF is considered an advantage
