The Online Ordering B2B support Representative will serve as the first focal point for Online ordering B2B tickets and will be a member of Ceragon’s global SaaS application support team. The candidate should be able to provide excellent service and will work in an exciting, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment
What will you do
First responder for Ceragon’s new online ordering platform
End to end support of the platform
Solve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
Be a part of the Online Ordering next phase developments, including testing and setups
What are the requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area preferred.
2-4 years of support experience required
Fluent English (verbal and written)
Knowledge of SalesForce (Classic & Lightening) – big advantage
Knowledge of the following is an asset: Oracle, Tableau, PL/SQL.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues.
Self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints.
