Business Unit Leader for Ceragon Business Services

Job Description

Ceragon Business Services (CBS) unit capitalizes on Ceragon’s vast expertise and experience in the wireless backhaul arena and will lead the company ahead with new and existing service packages enabling customers to exploit the full advantages of 5G.

Ceragon is looking for a professional persona to lead this new unit.


The Unit Leader will:

  • Establish marketing infrastructure and competitive mapping of the market.
  • Consult clients, assist in building client relationships and lead sales efforts.
  • Generate client value proposition, gain client consensus and drive opportunities.
  • Identify and validate customers’ needs and work with them to co-create new business models and value.
  • Establish client credibility via deep industry, Managed Services and consulting expertise.
  • Develop compelling Managed Services and development strategies, roadmaps, and solutions catering to client needs and requests for proposals.
  • Lead the commercial efforts in constructing the SW and Services solutions that cater to customers’ needs, offering them high value add.
  • Certify and endorse these SW and Service offerings within Ceragon justifying their business potential, systems and resource requirements, legal and financial aspects
  • Prepare and certify a roadmap for the offerings.
  • Build and maintain extensive executive and senior management relationships.
  • Collaborate with other units, partners, and external consultants as appropriate.
  • Identify trends and business opportunities by researching industry related events and publications, social networking, and other sources.
  • Provide subject-matter-expertise related to our Managed Services application offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the global wireless backhaul industry, its players, trends and dynamics.
  • Proven leadership abilities while managing services and software solutions.
  • Proven record for working across teams and with external partners.
  • High level of creativity.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level analytical skills and ability to work methodically.
