This position will be based in Mexico City, Mexico.

 Responsibilities:

·      Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

·      Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

·      Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

·      Lead the preparation of sales plans, business plans and product development plans to meet sales targets and objectives.

·      Provide constructive and meaningful intelligence on the competition, customer requirements, market trends and product features to the

·      Conduct sales presentations and participate in industry trade shows.

·      Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records utilizing Sales Force to provide business information in support of accounting activities.

·      Provide accurate and timely forecasts to management.

·      Maintain technical/product proficiency, competitive knowledge, and industry trends.

·      Lead new collaborations as well as maintain strategic contact with existing customer regarding the use of company products and services.

·      Analyze existing requirements and anticipated customer demands and promote the consideration of the company’s products and services to fill.

·      Work closely with Product Line Management and stay current on new products and other information of interest to customers.

·      Manage “cross-functional” activities involved in the sales cycle such as pre-sales, services, customer support and finance.

·      Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

·  Responsible for Customer Satisfaction of the named account(s) through the entire Sales Cycle from marketing, sales, delivery, installation & Commissioning, invoicing, and collection.

Job Requirements

·      Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional associations

·      Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of new business development and sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.

·      Experience in Sales and Account Management in the Telecommunications Industry.

·      Experience in the telecom industry or data networking

·      Prior Vertical Markets sales experience in LATAM strongly preferred.

·      Understanding of how the vertical markets works, including what drives customer satisfaction, how decision maps are constructed, and how product and/or service purchasing processes are carried out internally.

·      Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

·      Professional presence with ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives.

·      Act with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and collaboration.

·      Telecommunications. Microwave transmission experiences an advantage.

·      Exceptional negotiation skills.

·      Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).

·      Proficiency in English.
