Job Summary: The CM buyer is part of the CM strategic team, that manages the production and deliveries with various CM’s worldwide. The CM buyer will be managing purchasing activity of orders with CM’s. The buyer will collaborate closely with internal teams, such as production, quality assurance, and logistics, to optimize supply chain efficiency and maintain cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating purchase orders based on weekly MRP runs. Managing the P.O.’s on going and conducting status follow-up.
Tracking and controlling internal deliveries and issuing invoices.
Managing purchase requestions internally and externally. In addition to updating daily status, delivery dates and quantities.
Main interface in executing sales & buy materials to and from the CM’s.
Job Requirements
Experience working with ERP systems – Must
Fluent English- Must
Experience with Oracle – Advantage
Experience in working as a buyer- Advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
Ability to work in a global matrix
Analytical abilities, assertiveness, proactivity, and accuracy
Independency, creative thinking, team player and high service level
