Customer Service Specialist (RMA Specialist)

The main responsibility of this role will be The RMA (Return Material Authorization ) tasks which will own the entire process from start to finish handling our customer's needs as quickly and effectively as possible.

  •   You will be the main contact between our customers, internal operations organization, Sales Team, Finance and logistics team. 
  •  The position will be directly responsible to ensure customer return requests are properly and accurately entered into systems and promptly communicated back to the customer. 
  •   Work closely with the regional warehouse to ensure all objectives, goals and strategies are fully implemented and achieved.
  •  The position will require a keen attention to detail while at the same time operating under limited direct supervision.  
  • Prepare Discrepancy Reports/ status reports and provide customer with updates on their RMAs proactively throughout the process.
  • Responsible for complete End to end RMA tracking including Request Date, RMA create date, RMA ship date in centralized location for all B2B returns.
  • Accurately manage and main all product inventory
  • Recommend adjustments to inventory quantiles based on historical and usage and repair intervals  
  • Initiate and manage all disputes of customer return discrepancies or claims

Job Requirements

  • 2– 4 years of experience in Customer Service and/or RMA
  •  Associates degree will be a plus
  • Experienced with Oracle or other ERP is a plus
  • Excellent Excel Skills.
  • Previous experience in similar industry is a plus
  • Previous experience in return or warranty administration experience for a hardware manufacturer. 
  • Self-driven, but a collaborator with the ability to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Great attention to detail, accurate record keeping, and committed to managing problems through resolution.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Effective at coordinating multiple tasks to ensure on time completion.
