Customer success manager is the main focal point for customers and sales organization. As a Customer success manager in Ceragon you will serve as the bridge between the regional teams and company customers to all required HQ functions, while providing information and transparency through all the lifecycle of an order. The role will require you to have a strategic view while supervising the company’s key accounts from opportunity stage, through the negotiation stages until operation and delivery of customer required results 

 What will you do

  • Manage customers forecasts, requirements and needs
  • Provide close support to sales organization in terms of order booking, life cycle, delivery, and revenue recognition
  • Serve as gate keeper to ensure smooth booking process according to company policies. 
  • Optimize the supply chain by coordinating manufacturing, transportation, and warehouse resources to guarantee on-time service to our customers while maximizing revenue and minimizing total landed costs.
  • Establish a strong network and foster collaboration with internal customers, business units and operations team members.
  • Work closely with the various operations groups to properly manage inventory levels against demand.
  • Coordinate flow of information to supply chain, procurement, Warehouse and Shipping teams to ensure all goals are met.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments.

Job Requirements

What are the requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or in logistics / operational/customer-oriented roles
  • Experience with MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook as well as experience with ERP based software
  • English – High Level (Verbal & writing)
  • Experience in Hi Tech/forwarding companies – Advantage
