What will you do
Resolve (replicate if needed) and communicate T3 cases and leading our Support Centers knowledge
Manage communications for mission-critical product issues impacting regional Services and Sales teams
Coordinate and recommend the Engineering, Manufacturing and products teams for enhancements and improvements
Make sure that the regional Support Centers have the right skills and knowledge for at least T2 support
Provide support for Marketing collateral, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other promotional activities
Travel abroad up to 20% of working schedule
Job Requirements
What are the requirements
Mandatory:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Proven knowledge of Microwave radio systems
Proven knowledge of IP Networking (TCP/IP and OSI stack)
L2 protocols (VLAN, Q-in-Q, STP, LLDP, etc.)
L3 Routing protocols (RIP, OPFS, BGP, etc.)
Excellent English knowledge - fluent in reading, writing, and speaking
