Director of Regulatory Compliance and Logistics Quality

Job Description

  • Global responsibility for the company’s regulatory compliance and logistics quality.
  • Managing and analyzing Comprehensive Development Agreement (CDA) and Nonconformance Reports (NCR).
  • Summarizing the reports’ analyses with an eye towards recommending improvements.
  • Leading and preparing the company for external audits of regulatory compliance and quality standards.
  • Conducting logistics quality audits at external and internal suppliers.
  • Ensuring that the company complies with the latest regulations and meets the standards for logistics quality required by the company’s contracts.
  • Identifying and addressing quality and safety issues.
  • Daily interaction with many interfaces, both global and local, including suppliers, sub-contractors, company personnel, and customers.
  • The position requires traveling abroad.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant degree - MUST.
  • Practical experience in preparing a company for external audits - MUST.
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality management - MUST.
  • Fluent in English - MUST.
  • Experience working with ISO9001 - MUST
  • Experience working with ISO14001 - MUST.
  • Experience working with OHSAS -18001 – MUST.
  • 5+ years proven experience in quality management.
  • Master’s degree.
  • A team player.
  • Quick-learner.
  • Ability to analyze and understand consequences and suggest and implement practical solutions.
