Job Description

Position Overview:

A strategic role within the Global People Leadership Team. This position is responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and administration of the compensation and benefits programs, as well as managing the global people operations to ensure accurate and efficient management of people processes and data analytics. The right hand and partner to the People Leadership Team and EVP, People on all matters related to compensation, operations and compliance. As a public company, strong collaboration with EVP People, CFO and CEO on all matters related to executive compensation and the board’s compensation committee.

Key Responsibilities:

C&B and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Design and administer various compensation programs, including salary structures, sales incentives plans, bonuses and equity
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and lead all audit activities related to HR
  • Lead company sales incentive programs from strategy to execution, in close collaboration with CRO and CFO
  • Manage all materials for the Compensation Committee and Board of the company


People Operations:

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of all HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
  • Manage all employee lifecycle information and data insights and dashboards
  • Lead the global HR Operations team. Oversee HR knowledge management, streamlining and documenting of HR processes
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the company including the executive team, finance, operations and business stakeholders
  • Develop and manage HRIS policies, procedures dashboards, and reporting tools to support efficient data management, reporting and compliance

Team Management and Collaboration:


  • Lead and manage a global team of compensation and benefits professionals and people operations
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to team
  • Collaborate with other People partners, such as talent acquisition, HRBPs to ensure alignment and integration of People processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree – an advantage
  • A strong background (10+ Years of experience) in developing, managing, and evaluating various components of compensation and benefits programs, data analytics, and HR system management
  • Demonstrated global leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team and drive results
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and develop strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong articulation, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
