JOB DESCRIPTION

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing our company's participation in online webinars, trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of these events and drive lead generation efforts.

 

Responsibilities:

•        Develop a region-specific marketing activity plan that aligns with the company strategy and the regional sales strategy and its business objectives with particular focus on initiating and accelerating new logo pipeline deals.

•        Cultivate partnerships with industry stakeholders, customers, partners and third parties to maximize brand impact and drive business results.

•        Support channel marketing activities.

•        Conduct research to identify relevant associations, trade shows, exhibitions, and events that target our desired market and audience.

•        Adhere to global brand marketing standards and operate in a scalable manner.

•        Collaborate with HQ marketing team, local sales managers, and executives to define the strategy and requirements for events.

•        Proactively plan and execute against the marketing calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated event activities.

•        Plan and host online and offline regional events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships.

•        Manage the budget for events--maintain a detailed breakdown of all event-related expenses and ensure expenses are within budget.

•        Identify speaking opportunities and track deadlines for event submissions.

•        Determine materials needed for each event, including displays, giveaways, and collateral.

•        Handle logistics for shows, including shipping, handling, cleaning, electricity, and lead retrieval.

•        Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.

•        Drive lead generation efforts by coordinating pre-show and post-show marketing campaigns, such as email campaigns, social media promotions, and targeted outreach.

•        Prepare and complete all show profiles, product listings, and website listings with the appropriate messaging.

•        Coordinate the creation of videos, if needed, and ensure the availability of necessary audiovisual equipment.

•        Provide leads list to the online marketing team, assigned salespersons, and ensure proper integration with the system.


Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•        10+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles focused on field marketing and sales enablement, with at least 5 of those years at a global B2B company.

•        Experience in the successful completion of marketing events and virtual events including planning and executing field marketing campaigns, generating pipeline, and strengthening customer relationships.

•        Proven track record of planning and prioritizing marketing strategies for implementation.

•        Experience working closely with B2B sales teams.

•        Exceptional project management skills, as well as written and oral communication skills.

•        Must be highly detail oriented, metric-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

•        Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

•        Confident with a dynamic personality.

•        Considerable travel within North and Latin America

•        Experience with DistribuTECH, IWCE, WISPAPLOOZA, MWC a plus.
