The Revenue Regional Assistant has a key role in the finance unit, with responsibilities to manage, analyze, promote and report the revenues for the region. The RRA must have a pragmatic business view combined with good understanding of accounting principles. The Ability and desire to understanding the environment, the competitors as well as the technology and products is highly important. Simultaneously, should be a dynamic collaborator with strong analytical skills and communication; identify and establish priorities. Soft skills are important, and the ability to work, collaborate and manage multidisciplinary groups.
The role main responsibilites are:
Drive the regional inter-areas coordination (Sales, Project, Supply chain, Legal, Accounting) with a focus on maximizing revenues and improving margins.
Owner of weekly tracking and consolidation of Revenue Forecast tool.
Interface between the region and Finance Headquarter (HQ).
Prepare and manage a Weekly Revenue Forecast meeting with the regional functions such as Project Manager, Supply chain and Sales Operation.
Responsible for the quarterly revenue close, which includes detailed analytics, review of transaction processing, and reporting.
Design of automation solutions to further streamline financial data for decision making.
Prepare management reports including cost analysis, revenue & gross margin metrics and many ad hoc projects.
• Be one of the points of contact for support with P&Ls, profitability of customers and cost efficiencies.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and partner with other departments to streamline processes related to revenue and cost recognition to create bests practices across the organization.

We are looking for a canadidate the brings the following experience and competences:
Accounting (CPA) , Business Administration or Ecconomics
Experience in revenue recognition according to US GAAP, experience with implementing of ASC 606 is a plus.
+2 years of experience in revenue management and related issues, preferably in high-tech companies..
Ability to work independently, proactively and assertively.
Detailed-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret customer contracts.
Be able to communicate with many interfaces within the Company.
Knowledge in Oracle / ERP is a big plus.
