Global C&B and HRIS Manager

Job Description

Our HR team is looking for a Global C&B and HRIS Manager to join us in Ceragon.

Ceragon Networks (NASDAQ: CRNT) is a global company that delivers innovative wireless backhaul solutions. Our solutions are deployed by more than 460 service providers, as well as hundreds of private network owners, in more than 130 countries.


As a Global C&B and HRIS Manager, reporting directly to the EVP HR, you will have a global responsibility for all C&B and HRIS aspects, working directly with high level managers (CEO, CFO, Compensation Committee).

As Ceragon Global C&B and HRIS, you will lead cross-company projects, collaborating with professional functions inside HR team and outside (Finance, IT, Sales Operation, etc.) and will surely have an influence on processes and business decisions.

C&B

Lead global Compensation & Benefits policies and processes .

  • Executives compensation-MBOs, 20 amended and Compensation Committee needs.
  • Pay for Performance: Bonus process, salary reviews, Sales incentive plans, MBO plans.
  • Equity

Participate in local and global salary surveys for benchmark purpose.

Israel benefits plans and terms of employment such as collective health insurance, SEKER, etc.

HRIS

HR systems accountability (HR ERP, Performance, Recruiting, etc.)

Data Analytic:

  • Leading the perception and connection between HR data and the business needs.
  • Responsible for HR data analysis, dash-boards and reports for Managerial forums.

Job Requirements

  • B.A. must, M.A advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a C&B role in a global company.
  • Experience in working with Executive Management.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with HR ERP systems.
  • High level of analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Fluent Hebrew and English.
