Global C&B and HRIS specialist

Job Description

Ceragon is looking for a Global C&B and HRIS Specialist to join our global HR team. You will be responsible for supporting compensation & benefits initiatives that could range from design, analyzing and consulting. You will be involved in cross-organizational HR projects and collaborating with team members to support business needs. Perform as the owner of the organization's HR systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of C&B processes and HR systems. We are looking for creative problem solvers with strong analytical skills and passion for our great asset- people.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities


  • Assist in design, analyzing and maintenance of Compensation & Benefits policies and processes, including sales incentive plans and annual Bonus/ MBO programs.
  • Participate in local and global salary surveys, research and analyze market trends and translate them to our company culture. 
  • Lead the people analytics field. Support with data consolidation, analytics and presentations preparations Support cross-org processes.
  • Support any other assignments, projects, and initiatives related to Compensation & Benefits as will be required from time to time

HRIS Specialist:

  • Ensuring HR data integrity through ongoing support and maintenance of HR database.
  • Serve as focal point of global HR team.
  • Maintain the HRIS to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Identify, configure, test, communicate and train on HRIS configuration options in effort to automate processes.


Job Requirements

  • B.A. in relevant fields (HR, Business) – mandatory.
  • High-level of proficiency and experience with Excel and Power Point – mandatory.
  • Minimum 2-3 years C&B role experience, preferably within international environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with Oracle or other HR ERP – significant advantage.
  • Fluent Hebrew and English – mandatory.
  • High level of analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Team player.
  • Service oriented.
