About the role:
In this global role based in our Israel offices, you will lead employee experience and internal communications. As part of the global people leadership team and in collaboration with key leaders in the company, you will evolve the strategy in this domain and implement programs to drive it throughout the company, ensuring employee engagement and motivation that contributes to increased retention, high energy, and commitment to company results. You will also manage the employee experience activity for the Israel site, leading a small admin team to support in your domains. In this position you will report to the EVP, People.
Key aspects of the role:
Simplify complex business information and produce engaging and effective communication content for multiple audiences across the company
Design global initiatives and projects that drive engagement, and act as the program manager of these initiatives, ensuring detailed, “hands on”, execution in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communications channels to support company people processes (global all hands, recognition programs, performance, global training, and other engagement programs)
Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages and support in building a world class brand
Provide internal communication guidelines across businesses units around important messages and company goals, and coach regional experience liaisons on all matters related to this domain
Optimizing how employees participate in the systems and processes they use every day, embodies the company's cultural foundations, engagement, and facilitating a flexible, employee centered environment
Plan and execute all Israel local site experience activity, including community volunteering, engagement strategy and related communications and events activity
Manage the internal company social community channel
A minimum of 5-7 years of overall experience in corporate communications, PR, or marketing with a focus on internal communications
Experience in global technology companies – a must
Relevant university degree (English, writing, communications, marketing)
Master’s or advanced degree – an advantage
English as a first tongue – an advantage
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew. Proven experience in corporate internal communications and / or employee experience
Strong operational, multi-tasking and project management skills, and the ability to drive multiple projects at one time in a structured and organized manner
Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically as required
Good personal engagement and collaboration skills, ability to build trust and engagement with managers, employees and stakeholders. Ability to lead a small team – coach, guide and empower
