Global HR Specialist

Job Description

Ceragon is looking for a Global HR Specialist to join the team. As a Global HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing global HR services and support across organization. You will be a key contributor to the development of Ceragon's global HR standards, policies and guidelines and will ensure that our HR practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

The applicant must have,

  • Good understanding of HR Processes
  • Worked on Oracle Cloud HCM - Preferrable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools ( Excel, Power Point)
  • Supports and maintains optimal function of the HRIS to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees.
  • Test, communicate and train on HRIS configuration options in effort to automate processes.
  • Support with data consolidation, analytics and presentations preparations.
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide support in HR transactions in Oracle
  • Compiling and updating employee records
  • Strong communications skills
