Global People Operations Manager

Job Description

Ceragon is looking for a Global People Operations Manager to join our global HR team. You will be responsible for supporting people operations initiatives that could range from design, analyzing and consulting. You will be involved in cross-organizational HR projects and collaborating with team members to support business needs. Perform as the owner of the organization's HR systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR processes and HR systems. We are looking for creative problem solvers with strong analytical skills and passion for our great asset- people.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities


·        Serves as lead and liaison between HR, IT and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.

·        Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.

·        Collaborates with HR leadership to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.

·        Serve as focal point of global HR team. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees.

·        Identify, configure, test, communicate and train on HRIS configuration options in effort to automate processes.

·        Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users.

·        Support with data consolidation, analytics and presentations preparations. Support cross-org processes.

Job Requirements

·        B.A. in relevant fields (HR, IT, Business) – mandatory.

·        High-level of proficiency and experience with Excel and Power Point – mandatory.

·        Minimum 4-5 years HRIS role experience, preferably within international environment.

·        Knowledge and experience with Oracle – significant advantage.

·        Fluent English – mandatory.

·        High level of analytical skills.

·        Ability to work independently and remotely.

·        Team player.

·        Service oriented.
