Ceragon is looking for a People Total Reward Specialist. You will be responsible for supporting compensation & benefits initiatives that could range from design, analyzing and consulting. You will be involved in cross-organizational People projects and collaborating with team members to support business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of C&B processes and HR systems. We are looking for creative problem solvers with strong analytical skills and passion for our great asset- people.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Assist in design, analyzing and maintenance of Total Reward policies and processes.
Lead ongoing and ad-hoc compensation cycle - Merit, Bonuses, Equity, etc’.
Design and maintenance of global compensation structure (pay ranges).
Conduct periodic audits, payroll review and prepare reports.
Coordinating retirement, pension and healthcare plans in Israel. Maintaining relationships with health and retirement plan providers.
Research and analyze market trends and translate them to our company culture.
Provides support to HR team on compensation & benefits topics.
Support any other assignments, projects, and initiatives related to Compensation & Benefits as will be required from time to time.
Job Requirements
B.A. in relevant fields (HR, Finance, Business) – mandatory.
High-level of proficiency and experience with Excel and Power Point – mandatory.
Minimum 2-3 years C&B/ HRIS role experience, preferably within international environment.
Knowledge and experience with Oracle or other HR ERP – significant advantage.
