Job Description

Ceragon is looking for a HQ Field Service & Quality Assurance lead teaming up with our global Deployment and System Integration team.

The HQ Field Service & QA lead position is established to efficiently support the different regions around the world, and ensure a service meets the established standards of quality,

Including reliability, usability and performance through common KPI’s, methodology, procedures resources and trainings.

As such, this position is responsible to create and manage partners certification programs, training materials, monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs, to ensure that Ceragon Networks achieves maximum returns on invested (working) capital on projects globally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Global responsibility for Quality Assurance related to Field services, ensuring that process & procedures are available and followed.
  • Active participation in the strategic process of ensuring Ceragon Networks has the correct skill-set, tools and processes to drive the field QA.
  • Support the regions when requested with respect to the installation and acceptance test standard.
  • Building and Creating installation & commissioning procedures and manuals for existing & new products.
  • Drive Continuous process improvement and effectively develop and execute installation & commissioning initiatives and activities.
  • Initiate Corrective Action Plans and work with suppliers, manufacturing and engineering personnel to identify root cause and ensure robust corrective actions are implemented.
  • Compute, analyze, and interpret numerical data for understanding and addressing supplier process issues and developing solutions.
  • Building and Creating installation & commissioning, instruction videos.
  • Active participation in sub-contractor selection, and selection criteria.
  • Responsible for monitoring/follow-up subcontractor performance, including management of the deliverables. Establishes metrics and supplier scorecards to collect end-user feedback and identify areas requiring improvements or corrective action.
  • Performs audits, assigns corrective action, and verifies implementation, drives corrective action plans as required.
  • Ensuring that quality systems are established, complied with and improved, including health, safety and working
  • Close contact and collaboration with all relevant units and departments in the company.
  • Lead on-site supplier engagements, including performance reviews and Quality System audits
  • Develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
  • Compares defects against standards and recommends dispositions, and verifies implementation of rework
  • Performs other duties as requested.


  • Consolidate & provide routine weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as required by the Company’s procedures.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy in the reporting.

Job Requirements

  •  Minimum 5 years with implementation experience in the telecom area.
  • Technical education an advantage, but courses and extensive experience are equivalent.
  • Be a strong leader with experience in implementing and shaping the company’s QA processes and strategies.
  • Clear understanding of engineering (i.e.,mechanical and electrical) methodologies, tools, and standards.
  • Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft office suite.
  • Should have basic understanding of commercial contract/sub-contract management, business agreements, and general business practices.
  • Strong process orientation; well-structured and well organized, ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • should have strong multi culture skills and experience in matrix work.
  • Good skill in reviewing documents/drawings/instructions for conformance to requirements techniques.
  • Good skill in reporting quality activities, findings, and issues both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to work with teams from different locations around the world.
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively, meet deadlines and execute on strategic objectives.
  • Self-motivated, high integrity, professionalism, and with the ability to work well with others and eager to be successful, resourceful problem-solver.
  • Fluent English - must
