Job Description

Complete ownership of the payroll process & PAN India statutory compliance remittance.

Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Minimum wages etc)

Good experience on working with different payroll tool & HR tool ( Megasoft and Oracle)

Cordination with Vendor UAN and ESIC numbers and ECRs fillings

Collection and coordination of payroll inputs and auditing of payroll input data once received from the different, different location RMs.

Managing employee benefits programs.

Various Statutory remittances to the concerned Authorities as per calendar, 100% compliance.

Taking care of Investment declaration and proofs checking and updating.

Form-16 activity & TDS payments.

PAN India registrations and records maintenance under various labour laws.

Performing Annual PMS exercise (salary revision, rationalisation & performance pay calculations).

Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Head count, attrition, wage cost state wise costing etc.).

Monitor systems and methods, recommending and implementing necessary changes.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.

Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits and internal and external audits.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.

Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions in a time bound manner.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years experience in Payroll & PAN India Compliance.

Strong knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws.

Excellent excel skills.

A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace.

Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
