The role:

As Ceragon’s Head of Investor Relations you will be reporting directly to our CFO, you will have full responsibility for all IR aspects, including but not limited to, issuing materials for quarterly results publications, planning IR events calendar, attending conferences and organizing Roadshows.

As Head of Investor Relations, you will be working closely with our C level executives, have an influence on Ceragon’s investor strategy, market approach and other capital market aspects.

What you will do:

  • Serve as a main point of contact with the investment community in responding to inquiries, information requests etc.
  • Conduct investor targeting analysis to provide proactive insight on current and prospective shareholders
  • Maintain IR events calendar including planning, logistics and market research for key events (e.g. earnings, conferences, roadshows)
  • Responsible for updating the investor relations website to ensure all information is accurate and up to date in accordance with regulatory and exchange related reporting requirements
  • Develop, edit and maintain investor presentations, earnings press releases, scripts and Q&A briefing documents
  • Contribute to planning, drafting, and distributing key documents and messages (e.g. press releases, scripts, investor presentations, data sheets)
  • Maintain, manage and develop relationships with capital market investors including portfolio managers, bankers, rating agencies and others.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company in partnership key internal teams, including finance, legal and multiple business units
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis (financial and analytical IR communications)
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate peer company and industry trends
  • Part time job is a possibility


Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in Investor Relations role.
  • 6-8 years of work experience in finance with a focus on equity analysis.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills are a must.
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Bachelors or equivalent degree in Finance or related field required.
  • MBA, CFA, CPA or proven knowledge of US GAAP a plus.
  • Familiarity with the US capital market – an advantage .
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to compose high-quality IR materials.
  • Fluent / Native English (writing, speaking, presenting) .
  • Skilled at project management, multi-tasking, staying organized and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player, proactive, self-starter.
