We are looking to recruit for the position of IT professional engineer. The employee will join the team and will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and improving the organization's infrastructure and providing solutions for internal organizational problems. The candidate's Key accountabilities are:
Network Management: Design, configure, and maintain local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Server Administration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers, ensuring high availability and redundancy. Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage, to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
Job Requirements
Mandatory requirements:
At least 3 years of work experience in IT department
Understanding of LAN and WAN technologies, Internet, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, NAT, IP.
Experience with configuring and managing firewalls, routers & switches.
Experience in managing Microsoft-based networks and workstations.
Experience in managing AAD (Azure Active Directory) and 365 – permissions, hardening, policies, ongoing user and mailbox management, conditional access, Intune.
Experience in managing and maintaining large scale virtualization infrastructure including storage and backup.
Experience with VMWare (vCenter and standalones), NetApp storage, and VEEAM
Problem-solving skills and creativity in providing alternative solutions (thinking outside the box).
Creativity, team player, organized, User-oriented.
Willingness to work after hours when necessary.

Experience with NAC solutions.
Experience working with SCCM.
