Ceragon Networks, the global innovator and leading solutions provider of 5G wireless transport, is looking for a IT Operation and Sales manager to join our team.
Responsible for managing processes in the sales and operations domains within IT, overseeing two main teams: ERP Logistics Team and Salesforce Team.
Collaborating closely with the operations and sales departments, including senior management to ensure the process and systems meet the organization’s business and strategic requirements.
Managing and leading projects to improve business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending innovative solutions.
Support and improvement of existing applications
Creating an annual plan and tracking its implementation daily.
Budget control and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Maintaining regular communication with software vendors, working on agreements and contracts
Working with the internal IT team creating and coordinating work plans, resources, developments and more.
Ensuring alignment and integration between ERP and Salesforce systems
Job Requirements
Analytical thinking
Ability to create and lead processes.
Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams.
Experience with logistics ERP systems and SF (Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud preferred).
Ability to work with senior management and business leaders.
Project management experience with a focus on process optimization.
Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Vast experience with SalesForce.com
Experience in Operation and Sales processes transformation
5 years of related experience
Business-related degree or equivalent industry experience
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proactively takes ownership
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to build partnership with the business
Willingness to work in an exciting, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment
Experience in a global multi-culture environment
