Ceragon Networks (https://www.ceragon.com/about-ceragon/) is a company that develops innovative equipment used in wireless data transmission among other software and service solutions. Our systems are based on microwave technology and serve as a cost-effective alternative to fiber optics.

This role will be within the Global Services Department which is part of the Ceragon Global Delivery organization. The role will be reporting directly to the System Integrations Manager located in the Bucharest, Romania office. The main project will require development & work on an in-house developed application (“InSide”) which serves more than 1500 users world-wide - and the entire Ceragon Network Roll-out domain globally. The team will be supporting all regions and users globally.


 What will you do

  • Work in collaboration with management and field users to ensure continuous improvement of internal tools & processes.
  • Provide trainings to teams and set up systems and tools for various regions to use for managing local projects (Europe, South America, Africa, Asia, APAC).
  • Partner with teams from multiple countries for developing custom frameworks that align with the business plan.
  • Responsible to set up standard language of business processes and tools.
  • Responsible for preparation and coordination of system testing.
  • Business oriented – identify gaps and weaknesses in processes and proactively propose improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve user satisfaction etc.
  • Responsible for supervising agile development and implementation of mobile and browser-based systems & tools.
  • Perform remote or face-to-face training sessions with system users from various regions.

Job Requirements

What are the requirements

  • Experience working in a software development team is a great plus (analyst/ scrum master).
  • Basic knowledge and experience with agile methodologies. Experience working with Jira/Trello is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking and constant desire to find ways of improving processes and tools.
  • Must have a proactive attitude and feel free to make suggestions for improvement / new features.
  • Must have great communication skills and feel comfortable leading meetings and training sessions with large audiences varying from top management to field workers from various regions.
  • Willing to travel abroad up to 40% of time (Europe, South America, Africa, Asia, APAC)
  • Eager to learn about the Telecommunications industry. Prior experience is a plus.
  • Advanced level of English – spoken and written. Must be comfortable working in a multicultural and mostly English-speaking environment.
  • Any level of spoken and written Spanish is a plus.
