Legal Counsel-Spanish speaking-maternity leave replacement

NASDAQ traded High- Tech company is looking for a Spanish speaking Legal Counsel (mother tongue) for maternity leave replacement.

An opportunity to join a public high- tech company as a Legal Counsel and take part in supporting the company’s growth and success. The position provides an opportunity to handle a variety of legal issues.

  • Providing legal advice to company’s various departments in Israel and abroad on a wide range of practice areas.
  • Drafting, negotiating and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions (sales, reselling, purchasing, licensing etc.).
  • Handling corporate legal issues concerning the company’s subsidiaries worldwide.
  • Ensure compliance with company’s internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities.
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advising on legal risks and legal liabilities associated with different transactions.
  • Manage and supervise outside counsels as required.
  • The role will include being a part of a legal team.


Job Requirements

  • Maternity leave replacement (at least 6 months).
  • Spanish- Mother tongue.
  • English- Mother tongue.
  • 100% position.
  • License to practice law.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a leading law firm or in-house legal department (Hi-Tech industries).
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Experience in advising on various legal and business matters.
  • Strong negotiating and drafting skills with respect to both legal and commercial issues.
  • Efficient with an ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A “team player” and business oriented.
  • Ability to work with Latin America’s time zones.
  • Traveling abroad may be required.
