Working in collaboration with our admin team to operating the reception desk and care for people’s day to day office needs
Closely collaborating with HR to assist, plan and organize employee experience events for the company's employees (support in producing team building days, events, gifts, etc.)
Owning all employee needs related to the building, collaborating with the operations, IT and other company departments to ensure ongoing smooth operations, safety and comfort in the building environment
Opening purchase orders in the system and performing supplier invoice control
