Office Manager- Maternity Leave Replacement

Job Description

Ceragon is seeking an experienced Office Manager to take on a maternity leave replacement role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment, and providing administrative support to various departments. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while fostering a positive office culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for staff.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and order as necessary to ensure adequate stock.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and facilitate training sessions.
  • Handle correspondence, communication, and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Support financial operations by managing invoices, expenses, and budgeting.
  • Act as a point of contact for facilities management and maintenance issues.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proven ability to manage office operations effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (There is an option for flexibility in finishing time twice a week).

* The position requires daily presence in the office.
