Ceragon is seeking an experienced Office Manager to take on a maternity leave replacement role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment, and providing administrative support to various departments. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while fostering a positive office culture.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized workspace.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for staff.
Oversee office supplies inventory and order as necessary to ensure adequate stock.
Assist with onboarding new employees and facilitate training sessions.
Handle correspondence, communication, and documentation in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Support financial operations by managing invoices, expenses, and budgeting.
Act as a point of contact for facilities management and maintenance issues.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Proven ability to manage office operations effectively and efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (There is an option for flexibility in finishing time twice a week).
* The position requires daily presence in the office.
