Order Fulfillment

Job Description

Order fulfillment is a process that allows businesses to optimize the delivery of goods to customers. 

The Order Fulfilment team works with different functions in the delivery group (manufacturers, procurement, shipping teams) to coordinate and manage customer orders to ensure proper service levels are met.

What will you do?

  • Optimize the supply chain by coordinating manufacturing, transportation and warehouse resources to guarantee on-time service to our customers while maximizing revenue and minimizing total landed costs.
  • Establish a strong network and foster collaboration with internal customers, business units and operations team members.
  • Work closely with the various operations groups to properly manage inventory levels against demand.
  • Serve as a “help desk” to the sales operation team by providing answers to questions and solutions to problems.
  • Coordinate the flow of information to supply chain, procurement, Warehouse and Shipping teams to ensure all goals are met.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or logistics / operational roles - Must
  • Experience in global Hi-Tech companies – Advantage
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience with MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as experience with ERP-based software.
  • English – High Level (Write and speak).
