Order Fulfillment specialist

Job Description

Order fulfillment is a process that allows businesses to optimize delivery of goods to customers. 

The Order Fulfilment team works with Supply Chain / Procurement team/Sales operations team to coordinate and manage customer orders to ensure proper service levels are met.

  • Manage, track and monitor orders from booking stage to delivery stage
  • Optimize the supply chain by coordinating manufacturing, transportation and warehouse resources to guarantee on-time service to our customers while maximizing revenue and minimizing total landed costs.
  • Establish a strong network and foster collaboration with internal customers, business units and operations team members.
  • Work closely with the various operations groups to properly manage inventory levels against demand.
  • Serve as internal focal point to sales operation team by providing answers & solutions to problems raised
  • Coordinate the flow of information to supply chain, procurement, Warehouse and Shipping teams to ensure all goals are met.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
  •   2-3 years of experience in a similar position or in logistics / operational roles - Must
  •  Experience in Hitech companies – Advantage 
  • Experience with MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook as well as experience with ERP based software.(Oracle-an advantage)
  • English High Level (Write and speak).
