Order fulfillment is a process that allows businesses to optimize delivery of goods to customers.
The Order Fulfilment team works with Supply Chain / Procurement team/Sales operations team to coordinate and manage customer orders to ensure proper service levels are met.
Manage, track and monitor orders from booking stage to delivery stage
Optimize the supply chain by coordinating manufacturing, transportation and warehouse resources to guarantee on-time service to our customers while maximizing revenue and minimizing total landed costs.
Establish a strong network and foster collaboration with internal customers, business units and operations team members.
Work closely with the various operations groups to properly manage inventory levels against demand.
Serve as internal focal point to sales operation team by providing answers & solutions to problems raised
Coordinate the flow of information to supply chain, procurement, Warehouse and Shipping teams to ensure all goals are met.
Manage and prioritize multiple assignments.
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
2-3 years of experience in a similar position or in logistics / operational roles - Must
Experience in Hitech companies – Advantage
Experience with MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook as well as experience with ERP based software.(Oracle-an advantage)
English – High Level (Write and speak).
