Job Description

Ceragon Networks Ltd. has an exciting job opportunity as a Paralegal located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

This Paralegal will provide support to the EVP General Counsel of the company and four lawyers in the Tel Aviv legal department. The legal department at Ceragon is responsible for providing corporate and commercial law legal services to Ceragon’s HQ in Israel and its subsidiaries and offices worldwide and is the sole point of contact in the company for all legal matters.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • administrative management of the legal department,
  • independently managing the corporate aspects of the company’s subsidiaries and offices worldwide;
  • responsibility for certain corporate governance and compliance routines and procedures such as periodic claim letters receipt from external lawyers, distribution of Read & Sign policies and follow-up on the execution thereof, distribution of “black period” notices to employees and the like,
  • responsibility over the procedural aspects of filling reports with the SEC, management of yearly shareholders meetings, etc.,
  • assisting in managing the department’s budget including overseeing payments to service providers;
  • assist the General Counsel with corporate matters including filings, reporting, compliance matters and more;
  • maintain, file archive and provide corporate and legal documentation; and (b) general support to the General Counsel and lawyers of the legal department.

The successful candidate will possess candor, independent initiative, strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively up, down, and across the organization, strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to deal efficiently with time sensitive demands from a variety of clients, and a bias toward action.


Job Requirements

  • Experience of 3-4 years in a similar position is a must, experience as a paralegal and/or work at a high-tech company – an advantage.
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel and Power Point, and have the ability to learn new systems quickly (such as Oracle, SAP, Sales Force etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills are required.
  • Must have strong multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills.
  • A self-starter who can identify, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks.
  • Languages: Must be able to read, write, and speak both Hebrew and English, at a high level.
