Job Description

  • Good understanding of HR Processes
  • Worked on Cloud HCM
  • Transactional/HR Ops support to HQ
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Experience in creating business requirement documents, reference manuals.
  • Supports liaison between HR, IT and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
  • Supports and maintains optimal function of the HRIS to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees.
  • Test, communicate and train on HRIS configuration options in effort to automate processes.
  • Support with data consolidation, analytics and presentations preparations.
