What will you do?

  • Providing HR administrative support for HRBP Good understanding of HR Processes
  • Maintain HR system and processes
  • Supports and maintains optimal function of the HRIS to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Experience in creating business requirement documents, reference manuals.
  • Supports liaison between HR, IT and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
  • Support with data consolidation, analytics and presentations preparations.
  • Worked on Cloud HCM
  • Transactional/HR Ops support to HQ

Job Requirements

  • BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support within human resources
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • English is a must (verbal and written communication skills)
  • Excellent communication skills, Building Relationships, Self-Development
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize the demands of multiple clients
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
