Job Description
- Good understanding of HR Processes
- Worked on Oracle Cloud HCM
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Experience in creating business requirement documents, reference manuals.
- Supported implementation of HCM project
- Supports liaison between HR, IT and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
- Supports and maintains optimal function of the HRIS to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees.
- Test, communicate and train on HRIS configuration options in effort to automate processes.
- Support with data consolidation, analytics and presentations preparations.
