What will you do:

  • Liaise with the external provider on matters related to payroll and HR administration (from preparing labor agreements to termination documents).
  • Prepare monthly timesheet, benefits reports, checking each month specifics according to internal rules and policies (shifts, medical and holiday leaves, salary changes, bonuses, bank accounts etc.).
  • Administrate the personnel records, and ensures they are complete, up-to-date and compliant with the labor law and legal specifications and update internal HRIS (Oracle).
  • Work closely with financial department, prepares payroll package report.
  • Provides support to employees in relation to their work-related documents, leaves, compensation, internal policies, and any issues that may arise.
  • Train new hires on benefits platform and HR matters.
  • Organize internal events for the employees.
  • Coordinate all the administrative processes within the company and solve various issues that arise during the daily operations.
  • Coordinate the relationship with the vendors, negotiate contracts.

Job Requirements

This might be the place for you if you have:

  • University degree with a focus in human resources, economics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • +4 years of experience related to HR, finance or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation.
  • Very good Excel knowledge.
  • Very good English.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Initiative and capacity to work independently.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications would be nice to have.
