What will you do
Expertly managing the full lifecycle of recruiting for your positions (source, pre-qualify, interview, assess, build and get full approval for job offers, negotiate with candidates)
Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s reputation
Build and maintain relationships with universities, technical institutions, and industry professionals to enhance our talent pipeline.
Coordinate and execute the onboarding & offboarding process by facilitating smooth transitions for new hires and for departures through the exit process & interview.
Advising the mid-level managers on their teams, meeting people
Understand the Global HR programs to effectively translate and implement in a location or business unit;
Ensures consistent application and compliance of defined HR Policies, Programs and Procedures
Permanent researching and understanding talent markets, competitor profiles, and industry trends.
Will report directly to the People & Talent Director Romania &EMEA
What are the requirements
Master's degree preferable in Human Resources/IT&C, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Previous 3 to 5 years experience working in an international company as a Talent acquisition and recruitment experience in IT&C market (roles such as: Professional Services, Customer Support or Corporate Functions)
Proven skills in IT industry, HR processes, Organizational Management, Legislation, Training Regulation
