We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a PMO Analyst. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of all projects, while adhering to budgets and deadlines. You will collaborate with global project team members to gather, evaluate, and monitor project data, as well as create comprehensive project status reports for HQ management and C-level executives.

To excel as a PMO Analyst, you must possess the ability to identify and fulfill internal business requirements through effective project management and analysis. It is crucial that you demonstrate strong analytical skills and effective communication with team members, management, and global stakeholders.

What will you do

• Devising and implementing project management strategies using standardized templates and toolsets.
• Ensuring that project parameters align with internal agreed-upon needs and expectations.
• Monitoring ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
• Analyzing project data to identify any weaknesses and resolve time or budget-related challenges.
• Collaborating with project team members and providing suggestions or solutions for unexpected issues.
• Generating project status reports for management review.
• Maintaining communication with clients to update them on project status and progress.
• Ensuring that all project strategies comply with company standards and relevant regulations.

Job Requirements

What are the requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in project management, in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools. PMP or similar project management certification is a strong advantage.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on analytical findings.
• Previous experience in working with project management software, ERPs and similar tools.
• Strong coordination and administrative skills for effective program management.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
• Excellent level of English – both written and spoken – is essential!
• Any level of Spanish is a bonus.
