Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

General:

  • Budgeting for new financial year (All operational metrics at Company, Business Unit, Customer & Project Level)
  • Forecasting (Revenue, Expenses, Profitability)
  • Scheduling and managing various review meetings. Tracking & monitoring action items from review meetings
  • Business Pipeline Review: Review on the Current Business Pipeline and prospective customers
  • Manpower planning: Review with Delivery team on preparedness with respect to various opportunities and the resourcing/partner status to service the requirements
  • Review how we are placed with respect to targets and improvement plans and new initiatives.
  • Quality: Review on various Quality Metrics and reasons for any low score and improvement plans
  • Finance – Review of parameters like
  • Rev Projections: Company/Business Unit/ Customer level
  • Margin: Company/Business Unit/ Customer level Margin Reviews and Action Plans.
  • Overheads: Tacking and Improvement plans
  • Review performance of all business units in various project categories and in different components and track improvement plans

Specific:

  • Compilation & Circulation of Project Reports w.r.t. I&C, LOS, PSS, Dismantle etc.
  • Tracking & Reporting of Project Progress w.r.t. Timelines, Numbers and Budgeted Cost
  • Update the Circle Projects on the deviations w.r.t. project Planning
  • Monitoring & Reporting of BTG (Balance to go) w.r.t. I&C, FATP, Visibility, NOC ATP, Rectifications etc
  • Ensuring & Tracking of Project Compliances by the Partners working in the project
  • Monitoring & Reporting of Partner Teams deployed w.r.t. the Trainings provided by Ceragon
  • Checking of I&C snaps (compliance) of hops in Inside while circle PM raise WCC to Partner

Qualifications:

·      Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (B.E.,B. Com or Science/Math Graduate preferred)

·      Desirable: MBA

·      Desirable: PMP or equivalent certification/Knowledge of Project Management


Experience: Work: 4+ year (Required)
