Provide technical solutions and support to our Sales and Delivery departments both locally and to our regional offices. Serve as a focal point of contact for all Pre-Sales activities in Oceania region. Provide professional technical and commercial response to the field. Feedback to the Product Management with requirements from the region.
Technical support for Sales department:
Responsible for technical solutions and bid preparation
Support the sales team to follow up customers
Support the sales team during contract negotiations
Presentations and demonstrations at customers
Technical support for the Delivery department:
Quarterly present to internal team and customers latest roadmaps and new Ceragon solutions
Present and provide technical demonstrations to Customers at shows and/or road-trips
Establish relationships with customer technical personnel and identify opportunities

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in Microwave and/or L3 networking.
Work experience as either a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales.
Ability to see and present the “big picture”, architect solutions to solve customer problems, and uncover business challenges and develop custom solutions to solve them.
Strong customer facing, communication and relationship building skills.
Knowledge in the following areas:
Experience of MW Planning and Design in Pathloss or other design tools
Ethernet, VLANs, IP Routing, L2/L3 VPN, TCP/IP, OSPF/IS-IS, BGP, IP-MPLS, Segment routing knowledge will be considered a plus
Experience with SDN and Network Function Virtualisation will be considered a plus
