Product Marketing Manager - Services

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will gain a deep knowledge of our network services offering and the target customers’ needs. You will use it to create engaging content and training tools that expose our value to the target audience. Reporting to the VP Product Marketing, you will partner with our services, sales, presales and marketing teams to execute on a variety of product marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Tell a story: drive messaging, positioning and unique value proposition
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Engage in sales discussions to gain close knowledge of sales needs and customer preferences
  • Help define content strategy and create compelling content that highlights value and difference
  • Develop effective sales enablement and external marketing materials
  • Support new services launch projects with relevant product marketing activities
  • Speak and present the services offering to both external and internal audiences

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish – an advantage)
  • Passion and ability to translate technical and service descriptions into compelling marketing messages
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in global B2B tech companies
  • Experience in the services domain and/or product marketing – preferred
  • Experience in the Telecom and/or wireless domain - advantage
  • Good people skills - experience in collaborating with product management, global sales and services teams as part of a corporate marketing team
  • Hands-on and self-sufficient in creating marketing content in various formats, such as: presentations, brochures, blogs, video scripts, social media posts, solution briefs, white papers.
  • Strong planning and execution skills with attention to detail
  • High education in one or more of these areas: marketing / engineering / science
