Product Marketing Manager – Software and Services

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will gain a deep knowledge of our software tools and managed services offering, the competitors and the customer needs, and use it to create engaging content and training tools that expose our value to target audience. Reporting to the VP Product Marketing, you will partner with product management, sales, presales and marketing teams to execute on a variety of product marketing initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Tell a story: drive product messaging, positioning and unique value proposition
  • Get deep understanding of our software tools and managed services offering - and their added value to target customers
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Engage in sales discussions to gain close knowledge of sales needs and customer preferences
  • Help define the content strategy and create compelling content that highlights value and difference
  • Develop effective sales training materials and lead regular training sessions
  • Support products and services launch projects with relevant product marketing activities
  • Speak and present the company’s offering to both external and internal audiences

Job Requirements

  • Passion and ability to translate technology into compelling marketing messages
  • Product marketing experience in B2B software and/or services tech companies
  • Experience in working closely with product management, global sales and services teams as part of a corporate marketing team
  • Engineering or technical background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Hands-on and self-sufficient in creating content in various formats
  • Strong planning and execution skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in engagements with mobile service providers - advantage
