Product Support Representative

Job Description

2+ years of experience in telecom operation and Maintenance

• Having Knowledge of 2G,3G,4G equipment specially on Ceragon

. • Should have experience in transmission equipment mainly Ceragon.

• Having experience on MW troubleshooting and providing remote support to field team.

• Knowledge on TCP/IPv4/IPv6, Networking.

• CRM management

• Hands on experience on MS office. Role & Responsibilities:

Managing the LMS system.

• License delivery with in SLA.

• Resolving the customer complaints.

• Handling of Cases related to Ceragon Equipment’s.

• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
