Ceragon is the #1 leading Wireless backhaul company in the telecommunications industry. We are seeking a PMO Manager to come and join our NA Services Team . We are looking for an energic individual to assist our team and to perform in our PMO area where the main responsibilities are:  

 The primary area of responsibility of the Project Office Administrator (POA) is managing the integration of multiple programs and/or projects, providing data, analysis, and reporting to project managers and various levels of management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The PMO provides many types of information and reporting, control of costs and schedule and associated documents, especially those concerned with changes. Working with other organizations, implementation subcontractors and material vendors, they support multiple project teams through the implementation project lice cycle of the project controls, assisting Project Managers in conducting variance analysis, performing assessments, project forecasting, managing changes, and producing a variety of management reports. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ·        Work with the Project Managers the PMO implements procedures, systems, and reports pertaining to program/project status and forecasts.
  • ·        Responsible for the cost/schedule control system, cost estimating capability, and the management reporting on these.
  • ·        Provide input and review project estimates.
  • ·        Create quarterly revenue projections on service projects.
  • ·        Attend revenue meetings and report on project financials to management and other functional organizations.
  • ·        Maintain accurate records of committed, expended, and forecast costs and monitor all organizational project costs to determine cost performance and Estimate at Completion.
  • ·        Oversee scope changes, trends and change notices initiated from the project management system and review time and cost implications.
  • ·        Develop timely, accurate, analysis of organizational cost and schedule data, provide corrective action recommendations; develop and implement project cost, track and reporting of subcontract costs and provide support to project managers in cost, performance measurement, forecasting and variance analysis.
  • ·        Recognize and evaluate actual or proposed changes to any aspect of a project scope or schedule that impacts project costs and completion.
  • ·        Provides quarterly cash-flow analysis reports.
  • ·        Receive, obtain approvals, and creates purchase orders to subcontractors and vendors for services and materials.
  • Identify cost-savings opportunities and develop programs to achieve long-term savings.

Job Requirements

Experience / Education

  • ·        Industry experience in the telecommunications service industry related to network deployments, managed services, and customer support.
  • ·        3-5 years’ experience in a project control role with functions in cost, revenue forecasting, budgeting, and analytical reporting .
  • ·        Proficiency with Oracle relational database system and a quick learner in the project controls applications software developed by Ceragon for network deployment.
  • PMP® or other project management certifications a plus but not required
