Ceragon is the #1 leading Wireless backhaul company in the telecommunications industry. We are seeking a PMO Manager to come and join our NA Services Team . We are looking for an energic individual to assist our team and to perform in our PMO area where the main responsibilities are:
1-2 Years experience required
Enter RFQs into Management Systems and maintain accuracy at the information level.
Capture all relevant project information in management systems
Maintain and update a library of physical and digital copies of all process documents and customer and contractor information.
Assist the PM in all administrative functions related to the project.
Provide periodic area performance reports.
Assist the project manager with the region's booking and revenue management.
Manage collections with customers based on weekly acceptances.
Interact with foreign offices for administrative management with parent company.
Inputting budget requests in Management Systems and maintaining high level accuracy.
Capturing all relevant project Information in Management Systems with high level accuracy.
Keeping and updating hard/soft copies library of all key documents in the project management process, including basic data of customers and subcontractors.
Assisting the PM on all project administrative related functions
Regional Order Handling over all the company’s systems.
Provide routine weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as required by the Company’s procedures.
Provide ad-hoc reports as required.
Maintain a high degree of accuracy in the reporting systems.
The Requirements to Be Successful in This Position Are
Student or Graduate of related careers such as Engineering or Administration.
Proven experience in project planning.
Work experience within the framework of the project.
Experience working in a varied and changing environment and demonstrating initiative and self-management.
Great experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint packages, and database management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate internally with the company and externally with customers.
Motivated professionalism, high integrity.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Previous experience in similar positions, PM certification and microwave business experience will be valued.
