Project Coordinator

Job Description

  • Support Implementation Manager to achieve the project goals as agreed with customer
  • PO processing from customers or to subcontractor(s)
  • Assist in the management of project scope, work, inventory, logistics spares & parts , schedule, milestones, budget, deliverables, benefits, risks, issues and quality related for assigned projects, initiatives and improvement
  • Provide co-ordination and support for activities of specific work streams within the projects
  • Subcontracts/Vendors management and interaction with customers using tools
  • Administer plans, risk handling, resource issues and reports to the Program Manager
  • Perform integral role during the all stages of transmission project life cycle, oversee and manage the process flow, provide life cycle reporting for various stakeholders and project governance
  • Develop required project documentation, identify project goals and tasks, and generate assignments consistent to meet objectives
  • Ensure an on-time and in-budget project


  • Document and follow up key project activities, including meeting minutes, actions, risks and issues, dependencies, assumptions, key decisions, lessons learned and project change control, project schedule)
  • Work with the Implementation Manager to produce accurate project status reporting in-line with the client PMO requirements
  • Coordinate activities to be rolled out to all staff, including coordination and booking of workshop sessions, documenting procedures, preparing documentation and assisting with facilitation of sessions
  • Weekly/monthly Invoicing payment milestones 
  • Delivery of all deliverables included in an approved detailed time plan covering the scope of the project as agreed in Customer Contract document
  • Prepare and submit Status Reports according to reporting structure
  • Document detailed acceptance procedures and acceptance plan
  • Agreed list of Outstanding Activities with defined actions and responsibilities to enable closure
  • Agreed deliverables handed over to the Customer and to the Support organization.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics & Communication
  • Strong experience of 3-5 years in the Telecom industry
  • Strong experience in MS-Office/& MS Project
  • Strong experience in SDH/Microwave equipment
