Projects Assistant Latam

Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business, as well as continuously monitor the life of the sale through billing. In a work environment of excellence and team collaboration, our purpose is to act as intermediaries in the process to guarantee compliance with the deadlines committed to the client.

Responsabilities:

·        Manage sales orders that enter LATAM

·        Interface with order team headquarters to upload orders to ORACLE

·        Loading revenue into Project System (InSide)

·        Sending billing for services, equipment and licenses.

·        SLA contract management in ORACLE

·        Request for sale and receipt of services to Clients

·        Interarea interface to guarantee the advancement of processes

·        Management of service purchase requests and monitoring them until the purchase order is issued.

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

Language:

·        English-Medium Level (verbal and writing)

·        Portuguese-Medium Level (verbal and writing)

Experience:

·        Have worked in a similar position with the management of sales orders, purchase orders, basic financial knowledge, etc.

·        Knowledge of Excel and Oracle E Business (preferable).
