Job Description

  • Working in collaboration with our admin team to operating the reception desk and care for people’s day to day office needs
  • Closely collaborating with HR to assist, plan and organize employee experience events for the company's employees (support in producing team building days, events, gifts, etc.)
  • Owning all employee needs related to the building, collaborating with the operations, IT and other company departments to ensure ongoing smooth operations, safety and comfort in the building environment
  • Opening purchase orders in the system and performing supplier invoice control
  • Working with diverse computer systems and interfacing with a multitude of people and departments across the organization 

Job Requirements

·      Previous experience in administrative positions (such as: office / administrative management, etc.)

·      Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking)

·      Previous experience working with OFFICE tools (especially Outlook) and high orientation for working with computer systems in a high-tech environmente

·      Strong organization skills

·      Great interpersonal skills and sense of service

Working Hours

Sundays – Thursdays; 8:00-17:00 or 10:00-19:00 – on alternating days
