What Will You Do as Part of The Role?

You will lead the Business Unit finance team, including:

  • Responsible for Business Unit Financial reporting including in depth analysis of quarterly results.
  • Responsible for Business Unit financial forecasting analyzing business trends & opportunities.
  • Responsible for annual budget planning & control actual utilization.
  • Responsible for Business Unit AR including credit line, collection & forecast.
  • Support VP Business Finance & Business Unit head.

*This is a maternity leave replacement with an option position.

Job Requirements

What is Required From You?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance - A must
  • CPA/MBA - An advantage
  • 3-5 years of managerial financial experience in finance position with a significant business - preferred public companies.
  • Possess strong accounting understanding, high level of analytical skills: problem-solving, prioritize multiple tasks under pressure in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Possess high level communication & presentation skills in Hebrew & English to peers & management.
  • “Hands on” personality, high attention to details capability.
  • Proactive, service oriented with a can-do attitude & good inter-personal & relationships skills.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills and competency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Financial computerized systems savvy
